All items are sent via Australia Post.

Where possible, orders will be posted the same day, or within 3 days of ordering.  We will notify if there is a delay in delivering the order to the Post Office.

Any items unavailable at the time of your order, will be refunded or you may choose a replacement to the same value.

All soaps are handmade and the colors may vary to the pictures posted. Each batch is unique and even though we try to make them the same the colors will vary.  

Soap shapes are rustic and not perfect. It is part of the character of the individual handmade soaps.

Please test all soaps on small area first and if any reaction occurs, stop use immediately and advise us of the issue.
